Global by Eoin Colfer and Andrew Donkin

You will probably know of Eoin Colfer for his series of children's books, "Artemis Fowl." He has, however, recently put together a new graphic novel called Global which addresses some of the key points about climate change. 

The book spans the experience of two children, in different parts of the world. The story nicely vacillates between these to climate change driven worlds. It is compelling and masterfully told along with excellent drawings by Andrew Tonkin.
